This isn’t really about me — it’s about you. But you might want to know who’s walking alongside you.
I grew up in Buenos Aires, where life was not always easy. My mum worked three jobs, and by the time I was 14, I was working too — teaching English to children in a kindergarten. It taught me early on that nobody was coming to save me — I had to shape my own future.
At 22, I started my first business. I had a tiny office, no clients, but plenty of energy. Within a week of knocking on doors, Shell Oil gave me a chance. Then all their competitors followed. I was simply determined, curious, and willing to try. Life has since taken me across countries, industries, and challenges, but one thing has always stayed with me: integrity and human connection matter most.
In 2001, I embarked on an adventure to the UK. My first stop was attending an event at Landmark Education. I was inspired by the difference ontological coaching could do so I quickly started my training on Leadership and Coaching.
I know what it’s like to struggle and to start over. And I also know the joy of helping others find strength in themselves. That’s what drives me every day: the belief that the future is yet to be created, and it’s full of possibility for me and for everybody. My role is to listen deeply, challenge gently, and empower people to discover what’s next, on their own terms.
Along the way, as well as a Coach, I’ve also trained as an accredited DISC® practitioner. I’m also a certified Martial Arts Instructor, a Safeguarding Lead and a Mental Health First Aider.
Most “seasoned coaches” position themselves through just Certifications, methodology, and process, but I bring something else that is far more powerful:
The warm, flowing forms capture the essence of transformation — a journey of continuous growth, courage, and self-discovery. Each curve and intersection reminds us that we are always evolving, learning, and becoming more of who we truly are.
Together, these elements embody the balance of heart and courage at the centre of our work. The design is also a reminder that while each journey is personal, we are always part of something bigger.
